Grassfed Beef Marrow Bones

Beef marrow bones are available in 2.5 pound packs and are taken from the front leg. Delicious when roasted, our grassfed beef marrow bones are a versatile ingredient. Roasted with a little salt, the marrow can be served on toast or added to other ingredients for a decadent treat. In addition, marrow bones can be added to other dishes to infuse flavor, or included in your home-made beef stock or bone broth!
