Iberico Chorizo Grilling Sausage

Instead of acorns, our Iberian pigs are raised on a diet of peanuts and pecans, putting a south Georgia twist on the long kept Spanish tradition. Our Iberico Chorizo Pork Sausage will ship in 1 lb linked portions.

Ingredients: Iberico Pork, Blend of Natural Spices (Black Pepper, Chili Pepper, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Red Pepper), Salt, Garlic Powder, less than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking, packed in a natural pork casing.

Please note that Iberian pork has a very high fat content, even compared to our pastured pork. Many of these cuts have a substantial amount of fat still attached, which is intentional. Cooked low and slow, the fat is the best part of Iberico pork! If you prefer more muscle meat for this cut, we recommend looking at our pastured pork offerings.
