Iberico Ground Boar

Animals on our farm breed the old fashion way. The time has come to retire a few of our Iberico breeding boars. Instead of mixing this meat with our regular ground pork, we decided to keep it separate, since there are some customers who can taste the difference between boar meat and barrow meat. Boar meat is full of flavor, a true taste of the wild!
